Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Delivery time

Every piece is packed by hand after you order. Most orders arrive within 8–12 business days of purchase. Delivery may take longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping rates

• Orders under $58: $8 flat-rate tracked shipping
• Orders of $58 or more: free tracked shipping

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

No extra fees at delivery

The price you see at checkout, including any applicable sales tax, is the total you pay. You won't be asked for additional fees when your package arrives.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Late or missing packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, please contact us. We'll look into it with the carrier and help resolve it.
